Digitalpoint still can’t get it right. End of October one of my accounts is unbanned. I login and find that my account doesn’t have permissions to access anything or, of course, send a message to an administrator. No, digitalpoint isn’t interested in fixing anything, just furthering the business of its own corrupt administrators and selling you garbage.
If you’ve ever visited, did you wonder how these people sold thousands of dollars of content for just $25? Oh yes, and you can get a “resale license” for just a few dollars more as if you could steal someone else’s property and then sell it under various different licensing terms. Most of the content you might buy at DigitalPoint is blatantly copyright infringement. Even this sites claiming to be legitimate, telling you that you cannot resell their property, blah, blah, blah. This is what you have there.
Why am I still writing? Because I hoped to salvage a relationship with some people I knew there and also because I had invested time and effort once and now find an account completely gone. Digitalpoint will use my posts as more of a draw for search engines and they got the better of me. So it goes. We’ll see if anyone actually gives a damn enough to contact me at this blog.
Until then, you’ve got much better forums I’m at such as Sitepoint, dnforums (great place), warriorforums, and webhostingtalk (for what it is worth these days) and about a half dozen others. Only so much you can do.

i hate digitalpoint too. digitalpoint sucks d*ck. not because i was ever banned or anything, but because the people on there. most of the people that linger around dp too much are mostly newbies. these noobs are DEAD CHEAP. whenever i see a member with 109,333 number of posts i feel sorry for the fella. they spend way too much time on dp for the hope of the adsense sharing and forgot to do the “real” work out of dp.

I was recently banned from DigitalPoint for infractions. I don’t know what is wrong with the ownership. Though your site being a bit out there.. I decided to make a forum, where people can express there displeasure with the staff at DP and hopefully keep there business going, I added some sections to talk about the same things you do on DP. I will not ban people from my site.. So its better they use me the DP, so they don’t get banned..
I think DP has made too many mistakes. I am not trying to promote my site, but http://www.dpbanned.cz.cc is going to be a site, to say what you MEAN about digitalpoint…

I agree with you anon. Many of the people on Digitalpoint are losers. I was banned because of one thing only – I couldn’t get back into my account and dozens of messages for different people and even in their general contact (if you could find it) went unheeded. When I created additional accounts to try to reach someone, those were banned too. One of the admins may have been happy to ban me because he runs offshore (see as in “questionably legal”) servers for all sorts of purposes and will likely do whatever he wants to protect his business and the corrupt enterprises of others this person works with. I wasn’t there for the silly adsense which these idiots flock to as if it will make them any real money. Sad. I’m glad I’m gone but will rip them for the manner it happened.
